Wedding Portfolio

Welcome to a curated look at the weddings I’ve had the privilege of protecting. To me, this gallery is so much more than a collection of beautiful settings; it’s a record of the quiet, blissful moments that happen when a couple truly lets go.

There is a specific kind of magic that occurs when the noise of the 'to-do' list finally fades away. My favorite part of this work isn’t just the logistics, it’s witnessing that breath of relief. It’s seeing a couple trade their mental checklists for a glass of fizz, knowing I’m standing right there to hold the weight of the day so they don't have to.

These are the stories of people who felt heard and entirely supported. I invite you to browse these moments and see what it looks like when a couple is finally allowed to just be present, peaceful, and the absolute heart of their own celebration.

Lucy & Jack

Crowcombe, England

Lucy and Jack reached out mid-way through their planning, looking for a logistical backbone to bring structure to their vision and navigate the path ahead. We clicked instantly, a reminder that at its heart, this work is about a deep human connection. Though their celebration has passed, I’m proud to still call these wonderful people friends.

On the day, my role was to be their professional shield: perfecting the aesthetics, coordinating a complex team of suppliers, and supporting the venue behind the scenes. But more importantly, I was there to protect their headspace.

When pre-ceremony nerves led to a slight shift in the timeline, we navigated that moment of pause together. I supported Lucy and Jack in their decision to walk down the aisle as a team - literally holding each other's hands as they stepped into married life. It was a tear-jerkingly beautiful reminder of what happens when a couple feels safe enough to be truly present. Hand in hand, they started their forever exactly as they intended to continue: supported, heard, together and completely and utterly in love..

Roisin & Luke

Wedmore, England

After two postponements and a shifting supplier landscape, Roisin and Luke needed a professional to step in and reclaim the joy of their planning process. With a clear vision but a need for budgetary structure and supplier re-alignment, I came on board to act as the primary shield between the couple and the mounting logistics.

My focus was on stabilizing the foundation. We audited existing contracts, sourced new high-end suppliers to fill the gaps, and built a detailed timeline that accounted for a multi-location transition. I took over the venue and supplier liaison, allowing Roisin and Luke to stop "managing" and start "anticipating."

Beyond the logistics, we focused on "emotional architecture." We sourced a restored Jaguar S-Type - a tribute to Roisin’s late grandfather - to transport her to the ceremony. To ensure the couple had moments of stillness, we coordinated a private "midnight snack" of wedding cake in the bridal suite, ensuring that among the grand celebration, there were quiet, intentional spaces just for them.

Hannah & Ben

North Devon, England

As a wedding photographer herself, Hannah had an expert eye for detail and a vivid, colourful vision for her day. Having secured a talented team of suppliers, she and Ben reached out to me for a professional "hand-off" - the structural support needed to ensure their creative plans translated into a seamless reality.

My role was to consolidate a high-energy vision into a rigorous, detailed timeline. I acted as the central hub for all suppliers and the wedding party on the day, ensuring everyone was aligned and having fun. From managing complex setup logistics to being the "boots on the ground" with my signature emergency kit (complete with a pre-ceremony sewing rescue), I ensured the framework of the day was unbreakable.

This wedding was a masterclass in color and personality. By taking the clipboard out of Hannah’s hands, she was able to step out from behind the lens and fully immerse herself as the bride. We protected the aesthetic of her design while ensuring the atmosphere remained relaxed, intentional, and focused on the celebration.

Cadbury House

Congresbury, England

Alongside my work with Palm to Palm, I currently serve as a Wedding Lead at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cadbury House. Working within one of the region's premier venues keeps me at the very center of the Somerset wedding industry, managing the planning and logistics for a diverse range of high-end celebrations.

My work here is focused on the "Architecture of the Day." I specialise in the strategic planning phase - taking a couple’s vision and translating it into a viable, rigorous framework for the operations teams. This high-level "planning-to-production" handover is where my expertise in detailed timelines and supplier coordination has truly sharpened.

This dual perspective is a unique advantage for my Palm to Palm couples. I see weddings from the "venue side" every day, which means I know exactly what a venue needs from a planner to ensure a smooth, "10/10 switch-off" experience for the couple.

The Webbington Hotel & Spa

Loxton, England

Before launching Palm to Palm Weddings, I spent three years (2021–2024) as the in-house Wedding Lead at The Webbington Hotel & Spa. During this high-volume residency, I personally planned and coordinated over 150 weddings, ranging from intimate gatherings to grand-scale celebrations.

Coordinating at this volume was a masterclass in logistical precision. It required managing a rotating cast of suppliers, navigating complex venue operations, and - most importantly - perfecting the art of the detailed timeline. Having overseen 150 "I dos," there is very little I haven't seen, solved, or prepared for.

This tenure allowed me to build deep, trusted relationships with suppliers across Somerset and Bristol. I don't just know the names; I know how they work, how they set up, and how to collaborate with them to ensure a flawless execution for my couples today.
