On The Day Cordination
You’ve done the hard work of booking your dream team - now you need a professional to ensure they all dance to the same beat. My coordination service isn't just about showing up on the day; it’s about a structured handover process that gives you total peace of mind in the final stretch.
• The Onboarding: We start with a deep-dive meeting to document every detail you’ve planned so far. I’ll offer expert guidance on any "missing pieces" and build your Detailed Wedding Timeline - the heartbeat of your celebration.
• The Final Polish: Around 6 weeks before your wedding, we meet again to finalise the finer details. We walk through your day from top to bottom, confirming supplier arrival times and decor vision so that nothing is left to chance.
• The Big Day: I am on-site to act as your Lead Director. From assisting with decor setup to managing vendor flow and troubleshooting the "what-ifs," I ensure the day stays true to your vision while you stay focused on the joy.
Venue-Led Coordination. From £425

Marquee & Dry-Hire Coordination From £675

Building a wedding from scratch brings unique challenges. While your specialist vendors handle the technical build (like marquee setup and power), I am there on the wedding day to manage the complex moving parts - from ensuring lighting is switched on to managing last minute set up and troubleshooting the logistical friction that comes with a private site.
Full Planning
For the couple who wants an extraordinary, editorial-standard wedding but lacks the 400+ hours required to plan it. Full Planning & Design is an immersive, end-to-end partnership where I act as your Creative Director, Lead Negotiator, and Logistical Shield. From our first meeting to the first dance, I am by your side to ensure the planning process is as joyful as the day itself.

• The Dream Team Curation: I don't just find suppliers; I curate a team that fits your personality and budget. I handle the initial outreach, convey your vision and requirements, and help schedule any meetings needed before your final sign-off.
• Bespoke Design & Styling: This goes beyond a mood board. I build your wedding’s unique visual DNA, overseeing everything from floral palettes and linen textures to the subtle atmospheric details that make a day feel truly yours.
• Logistical Mastery: I oversee the complex web of guest communications (RSVPs and dietaries), budget tracking, and the master timeline. You stay in control of the fun decisions; I handle the spreadsheets and the "heavy lifting" in between.
